just a few simple little questions...

One dream for my life:
living in san francisco again and teaching in an inner city school. Inspiring students who are less fortunate in education and being someone who can change their path and equip them with the necessary tools to strive in this world and push them to become something great in this world. i want to show high school students the love that i have for poetry, literature, and writing. i want to give them a chance to succeed like they never knew was possible. to give each student the opportunity to love english just as much as i do.

My favorite movie:
in all honestly i could never choose just one "favorite movie." it was a little unfair to ask my community group to do so last sunday but...if i had to choose one from my top 10...hmmm, i choose "pretty in pink" Molly Ringwald, ducky, gorgeous blaine aka Andrew McCarthy, 80's heaven, what more could you ask for! Such a great movie, if you haven't seen it please do i guarantee that you will  laugh, cry, get upset, and end with happiness and want to watch it over and over again.
One of my favorite vacation spots:
Hands down Brooklyn, NY it's one of the coolest places i have ever spent time in. it reminds me of san francisco at times but with it's own little pazaz. maybe that's why i fell so hard for it as soon as i got off the plane. the people are some of the friendliest, sometimes random, artistic human beings i've ever met. i love all of the corner stores, adorable boutiques. movies and concerts in the park looking over the bridge, nathan's hot dogs Mmmm...it's a place i love visiting and probably always will.  Haven't been? it's a MUST!
If my house was burning down and my family and animals got out alive and  i could only grab one possession what would it be and why?
Well in all honesty i would probably grab my grandma's bracelet she gave me on my 13th birthday, her dad gave it to her when she turned 16 and engraved her name on it. she would wear it all the time and one day she called me into her room and told me she wanted me to have it. i couldn't of been more excited! i loved it, it was so simple yet classy and i never thought she would give it to anyone so when she asked me, it truly meant the world to me. i wore it everyday until one of the hooks broke and now it sits in my jewelry box until one day i can give it to my daughter. it means everything...
Now its your turn, answer away!!! <3
