Revolution!

My church just started a Ministry for College and Twenty somethings called Transit! It's ran by two amazing friends of mine who I grew up with in the church (youth group).Their hearts burn with a passion for God and this ministry. To see them as leaders at our church, amazes me and shows how magnificent Jesus is. He opens doors for us, and shows us all things are possible through him, if you allow him into your life.

Last Friday was our first Transit night, and in one word it was DYNAMIC! God's presence was there... he pushed us way out of our comfort zones to show this is why we are here for nights like these! Coming together to worship and learn about him,  and to understand how much he loves us, and how lost  we are without him...

Travis (transit leader) spoke about how this is the beginning of a Revolution. It's not going to be safe, predictable, or even comfortable at times but its reality and God has a plan for our lives and we have to have faith and believe in it.We have to take risks that might seem scary at times or not the norm, but God is guiding us and we have to put our trust in him. By doing so he'll lead us in the right direction.

"Jesus didn’t die so we can only experience life after death. He died so we can experience life before death!" 

many forget that we have a purpose on earth before we die...to serve and to see life changes. God died for us... to empower us... to make a difference and to change lives.
