i had that class again...you know the one. the one that only meets once a week on a certain night...yeah that one. i sat in there for three long hours discussing twain and dickinson. two authors/poets who i admire and i don't want to jinx myself BUT that class i despise going to...it's not so bad. i actually kind of like it...shhh, don't tell anyone please. my professor is this pompise, sarcastic, literature guru who despite his jerkish lingo about what "real literature" is i dig him. i love the professors who aren't afraid to speak their minds and challenge literature and this guy well if he could state his opinion all three hours he would. thank goodness he gives us a chance to voice ours as well. in case you were wondering dickinson
not a feminst and apparently, afraid of the outside world.oh and a fun fact in case you were not aware, she kinda digs the whole death thing. i find it interesting. i really love her...twain yeah he's a pretty sassy writer.but i mean we all know that, he did write huck finn. gosh, i love classes that make you "think" and this one sure does make me think. i'm still sad that i have to miss the bachelor every single week...but hey thats what hulu is for right? thank you internet. seriously what did we do before technology came about?

Oh my gosh.. I loooove Twain! He IS sassy..and makes me chuckle a ton! Have you read his Adam and Eve short story? I don't know what it's titled.. But it's fantastic! Must dig it out of my book box and read it..

where would we be without the internet?! I was just thinking that the other day. I mean, I probably wouldn't even know who these twain and dickinson characters were that you keep talking about. just kidding. I'd probably know them better.
I was an English major in college and I ALWAYS had those three hour, once a week at night classes. I hated them at the time, but I look back on them so fondly now. Good times. Enjoy it!
