Holding it together...

the day will come when he comes to you and tells you that he has met someone. at the moment your stomach will climb up to your throat. and it will take everything within you to not breakdown right in front of him. you will do whatever it takes to hold it together as long as possible. you will stand there numb listening to the loveliness of his words...how he wants you to be just as happy. you begin to remember... you so deeply want to cry...so deeply want to scream....so deeply want to crawl up into a ball and pretend this wasn't real. you begin to remember... what it was like to be together...how happy you were, how it was the type of love that consumes you. where your hands fit into one anothers perfectly. the beauty of it, the sweetness of it. you so desperately want to be happy for him...but pain overcomes you instead. it hurts to think this is really it. the end. you never really ever said goodbye.you never thought you would have to.  to think...this is the last time you shall hear his voice...look into his eyes... touch his face. the last time...tears fill your eyes and you straighten up and form the best smile you possibly can in that moment...you touch his cheek and turn... and at the moment you know that it's over. the only thing left are memories...the one's you once made...the laughs you once had...the tears that were caused, beautiful moments you shared,  ones that made you, you. your feet can barely move...and it takes everything in you to keep walking forward and not turning back. it takes everything in you. 

5 things i only learn in night class...

1. My professor looks like "Gus Gus" from Cinderella! #notkidding the resemblance is remarkable
2. When only 6 out 30 students show up to class the monday after spring break that should be a sign to let us go home early not keep us 10 minutes after we are suppose to be let out! Get with the program!!
3. Dear girl who wears only black, always has an attitude and is obsessed only with Dickinson and nothing else... How dare you!! Hunger Games is good literature don't make me cut you.
4. Dr. Cook " Man, that lil wayne i can't stand him....all he raps about is that booty" HAHAHA uncontrollable laughter...couldn't stop...highlight of my night!  
5.  campus in the dark...hate it. #scuuury

a benefit concert

my sister and her best friend put on a benefit concert for the organization invisible children. i couldn't of been more proud of them. they worked so hard and created an incredible show. they seriously were such rockstars. i truly have never seen her work so hard for something she was so passionate about. they raised close to $3000 dollars in just a few hours and every penny was donated to the organization. i helped run the ticket area and it was a lot of fun i was so surprised at how giving people were and how awesome it was to see people come who i haven't seen in years to not only donate money but their time as well to watch a show put on by high school students it was incredible. I'm so thankful to have such good friends and people who love to support great causes in my life. the night was a success and i loved being apart of it and watching it all fall into place. i'm such a proud sister.

a lot of study study study and not a lot of bloggy bloggy bloggy

 OKay, lets be real not blogging sucks it sucks bad.
Midterms and Finals are the worst and when they take over there is really nothing i  can do.
But I'm back and that's all that matters time to catch you all up on the life of me. Not that it's been super exciting as of late. So you know that night class? I've actually been enjoying it a lot. We are reading Fitzgerald and Hemingway and I love those guys we have this connection that super deep and awesome. I feel like we are just great friends now. SOO, I've been ubber obsessed with this coffee shop near school. I've been going there before class three times a week and the atmosphere is lovely, the coffee is delish and don't get me started on the pastries!! It's a darling place and i enjoy it. Dia (cousin) and Freddy are dear friend and I headed there last week sometime and sat and talked for hours and people watched it was a relaxing and wonderful night of just hanging out with good friends and drinking some of the best coffee.

We have a voice...lets use it!

This video has gone viral. Millions of people have seen it, shared it and are passionate about it.   For more than 20 years children in Uganda have been forced to become soldiers in the LRA little girls have been forced into sex trafficking. Children have been forced to kill their own parents. No child should fear their life and it's time to do something about it. A man name Kony is responsible for these acts, the saddest part is the majority of the world have no idea who he is or that any of this is even happening. One of the best things about blogging and social networking is each and everyone one of us has a voice. we are lucky enough to have one that can be heard and we have the ability to speak and share things. Today I am asking that you watch this video all 27 minutes and that you would share this video through twitter, facebook and even on blogger. On April 20th lets join together and make the rest of the world aware.
